Job Description

REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER @ KOTHRUD LOCATION

 

  • Handling walk-ins, ensure customers are attended on time and the complete brand and project story is presented.
  • Timely customer calling & follow-ups.
  • Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information in person as requested. Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills, excellent convincing & follow up.
  • Customer Follow up for Agreement & Bank Loans.
  • Maintaining ERP, Calling data, Market Research etc
  • Achieve needful Bookings
  • Report on sales activities to management
