Job Description
- Basic understanding of the real estate transaction practices
- Managing and updating database for supply
- Preparing supply option sheets based on client requirements
- Prospecting – Generating leads through various channels to increase the customer base/opportunities for “office business” by focused market coverage
- Speed to market – Should understand the need to reach decision makers at fast pace to pitch for business opportunities
- Market penetration – 4 to 5 meetings per week with clients for new business development
- Performance measurement – fortnightly measure performance to maintain a healthy pipeline and meet the targets in the balance YTD timelines
- Networking – Developer, investor, landlord connect to be built
- Market Landscape – Basic understanding of IT, Non IT & SEZ asset class will be helpful (Candidate can be trained)
- Exceptional presentation and excel skills.
o Will have to maintain the trackers, supply database
o Will be required to make excellent presentations for clients
- Must be a team player – should help in growing the business as well as culture
- Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude to win
