**Job Responsibilities:**

• Generate, nurture, and convert leads based on customer requirements.

• Identify client needs and suggest suitable project options.

• Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and ensure timely follownups.

• Coordinate with developers for project updates, pricing, and site visits.

• Stay updated on new project launches and market trends in the Pune region.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth.

**Requirements:**

• Experience in real estate sales preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in handling leads.

• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-up pipelines efficiently.

• Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market, especially Baner/Hinjewadi, is an advantage.
