Job Description
*Job Title:* Receptionist
*Location:* Amnora Town Park, Pune
*Salary:* ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month
*Work Mode:* Office-based
*Responsibilities:*
- Greet and manage patients, visitors, and staff at the reception
- Handle phone calls, appointments, and inquiries efficiently
- Manage patient records, registration, and billing processes
- Coordinate with departments for smooth hospital operations
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
*Requirements:*
- 12th pass can apply
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience as a receptionist (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital management software)
