Receptionist Cum Assistant

White Castle Dental Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible female candidate for the role of Receptionist cum Assistant. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Greet patients and manage appointments (in-person & phone).

2)Handle patient records, billing, and basic front-desk documentation.

3)Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures.

4)Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain hygiene standards.

5)Ensure a comfortable and professional patient experience.

Requirements:

1) Good communication skills and polite nature.

2) Basic computer knowledge

3) Willingness to learn dental assisting tasks.
