Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist cum Front Desk Executive to manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients.
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Manage appointments and meeting rooms.
- Handle emails, courier, and visitor records.
- Maintain office stationery and reception area.
- Support HR and administration with daily tasks.
- Perform filing, scanning, and document management.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in any field.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Well-organized, presentable, and customer-focused.
