Job Description
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and selling life insurance products through the Direct Channel. The role includes achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through references, field activities, and networking
- Meet prospective customers and explain insurance products
- Sell life insurance policies as per customer requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships for long-term business
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
- Ensure proper documentation and policy processing
- Provide after-sales support and service to customers
- Update daily sales activities and reports
- Requirements: Minimum Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
