Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


* Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.

* Supervise service, cashier and housekeeping staff.

* Ensure proper billing and cash handling.

* Monitor daily sales and achieve outlet targets.

* Maintain high standards of customer service.

* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow.

* Monitor stock, wastage and inventory requirements.

* Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and discipline at the outlet.

* Handle customer complaints professionally.

* Ensure staff attendance, grooming and punctuality.

* Prepare and submit daily sales/operational reports.

* Ensure all SOPs and company policies are followed.

* Coordinate with vendors and management when required.

* Take complete ownership of the outlet in the absence of the owner.
