Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand requirements, and provide product recommendations
- Order Handling: Take orders accurately and ensure timely billing and delivery
- Cash & POS Operations: Process payments (cash/card/UPI) using POS systems
- Product Knowledge: Explain menu items, offers, and combos to drive sales
- Upselling: Suggest add-ons and promotions to increase order value
- Complaint Handling: Resolve customer queries/issues politely and efficiently
- Store Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of counter, display, and service area
- Stock Support: Assist in replenishment and basic inventory checks
- Team Coordination: Work with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
