Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, understand requirements, and provide product recommendations
  • Order Handling: Take orders accurately and ensure timely billing and delivery
  • Cash & POS Operations: Process payments (cash/card/UPI) using POS systems
  • Product Knowledge: Explain menu items, offers, and combos to drive sales
  • Upselling: Suggest add-ons and promotions to increase order value
  • Complaint Handling: Resolve customer queries/issues politely and efficiently
  • Store Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of counter, display, and service area
  • Stock Support: Assist in replenishment and basic inventory checks
  • Team Coordination: Work with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
