Sales Associate

Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, calls, and leads.

Freshers can also apply with good communication skills

Follow up with prospective members and convert inquiries into memberships.

Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM or register.

Assist in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with the front desk and fitness team to ensure a great member experience.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or service industry.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or Marath
