Job Description
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Track and follow up on sales leads, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with customers for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Inquiries follow up through India Mart, Trade India etc
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, AMC visits, and installations.
- Assign service jobs to field engineers and track job completion.
- Maintain service records, machine history, and warranty information.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Generate service reports and assist in invoicing service jobs.
- Preparing service quotations, proposals, and service reports.
