We are hiring an Office Sales Executive for our Luma sales team. This is not a random cold-calling job. The candidate will be responsible for following up with *verified leads generated by our field sales team*, speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, negotiating professionally, and converting leads into orders.

The office team will support a field sales team of 10 salesmen. The role will involve daily coordination with field salesmen, regular customer follow-ups, order taking, maintaining lead updates, and helping the company increase sales through strong communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow up with verified leads generated by field salesmen.

* Speak with customers and understand their product requirements.

* Take orders and coordinate internally for further process.

* Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and orders.

* Coordinate with field salesmen regarding customer updates.

* Achieve monthly sales targets as decided by the company.

* Build good customer relationships through regular communication.

* Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally.

Required Skills:

* Good communication skills.

* Good negotiation and convincing ability.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to maintain follow-up records properly.

* Should be disciplined, confident, and professional.

* Must be comfortable working from office.

Language Requirements:

* Must know English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Additional languages will be preferred.
