Key Responsibilities:
1) Franchise Network Expansion & Development:
- Identify and acquire new franchisees across PAN India to expand the franchise network.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance franchise network development and ensure consistent growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, ensuring their long-term success and profitability.
2) Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective management of the franchise network.
- Maximize revenue generation by providing strategic sales guidance to franchisees and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive continuous growth through innovative sales strategies and regular performance reviews of franchise partners.
3) Team Handling & Development:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals focused on franchise development and support.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide ongoing training to ensure the team is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and motivation to succeed.
- Set individual and team performance targets, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4) Sales Strategy & Market Penetration:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets and regions across India.
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches and drive growth.
- Monitor sales performance, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
5) Franchise Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering support, resolving issues, and driving franchise success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and franchise partners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
