Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Sourcing new-to-bank credit card customers through open market channels, corporate visits, and field sales activities.
- Team Leadership: Area Sales Managers lead and mentor a team of Relationship Executives (REs), Team Leaders (TLs), and Unit Managers.
- Relationship Management: Building relationships with new customers and maintaining existing corporate or open market relationships.
- Channel Management: Managing open market distribution points, ensuring cost-viable delivery, and expanding distribution points.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensuring all sales activities, documentation, and Third-Party Agency (PSA) sites comply with bank audit guidelines. SBI Card +3
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Requires experience in field sales, preferably in the financial services sector (credit cards, banking).
- Qualifications: Typically requires a minimum of a diploma or degree (some entry-level roles might accept 12th pass).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, ability to manage teams, and knowledge of local market dynamics. SBI Card +3
