Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, cold calling, and client references
Acquire corporate clients for ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Transit Media, Branding, and Integrated Marketing solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Ensure timely payment collections and account management
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Understand client objectives and recommend customized marketing solutions
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Generate repeat business and upselling opportunities
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal creative, media, and operations teams for smooth campaign execution
Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
Must Have
Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
Prior experience in Advertising, Media, Events, Branding, or Digital Marketing industry preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and manage corporate relationships independently
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented professional
Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions and agency sales processes
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience
2–15 years of relevant sales experience
Candidates from advertising agencies, media houses, event companies, or digital marketing agencies will be preferred
