Job Description

Job Title: Loan ExecutiveJob OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-driven Loan Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for helping clients navigate various loan products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Housing Loans, ensuring they find the best financial solutions for their needs.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to potential customers interested in various loan products (LAP, Housing, Personal, or Vehicle Loans).
  • Client Consultation: Understand customer requirements and explain different loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options.
  • Documentation: Assist clients in the collection and verification of necessary documents for loan applications.
  • Portfolio Management: Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate preferred (as per your selection).
  • Skills: Knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, or Credit Cards is a plus.
  • Communication: Basic English proficiency and strong regional language skills to interact with local clients.
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a basic understanding of banking processes.
  • Additional RequirementsAge: 18 to 35 years.
  • Location: Candidates residing within 25 km of Pune are preferred.
