Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the real estate industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the sales team
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Develop sales strategies to achieve targets
- Handle client meetings and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with channel partners and clients
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Prepare sales reports and maintain data records
- Follow up with clients for site visits and closures
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and management
