Job Description

Job Description: - 


  • Candidate should be able to do at least two residential / commercial sale every month on a consistent basis.
  • Do face to face meetings, road shows and activities to generate leads of prospect buyers.
  • The profile involves outbound sales calls to prospects (filtered as a lead/data) and suggesting them various investment / residential home options which would be as per the requirement of the prospect. 
  • The job involves office / desk job as well as field job but it will majorly be a field job. 
  • One day of weekly off would be between Monday or Tuesday.
  • The candidate would be trained on the offerings/projects empaneled and would be given on the job training. 
  • Follow up to be done on calls made and site visits done to eventually translate into sales closures. 
  • All possible support would be provided by us and the developers for sales closures. 
  • Candidate has to ensure confidentiality of data provided and update the MIS on a continuous basis.
