Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote company products, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should be confident in communication, field sales, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and develop customer relationships

* Promote company products and services in the market

* Visit distributors, retailers, and potential clients regularly

* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis

* Follow up with existing customers for repeat business

* Prepare sales reports and maintain customer database

* Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

* Support business growth through field marketing activities

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

* 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Freshers can also apply)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting

* Ability to travel for field work

* Target-oriented and self-motivated personality

Preferred Skills

* Leadership and team coordination

* Customer handling skills

* Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage

* Experience in FMCG or Mineral Water industry preferred
