Sales & Marketing Executive

• Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage sales activities at the Modular Kitchens,Wardrobes & Hardware counters. The candidate will assist customers in selecting hardware products, handle billing and inventory coordination, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities

1-Attend walk-in customers at the Display Showroom

2-Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

3-Promote and sell hardware items such as fittings, Wardrobe Accesories, Kitchen products, etc.

4-Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for stock availability

5-Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally

6-Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

7-Support inventory checking and stock management activities

• Required Skills

1-Good communication and customer-handling skills

2-Basic knowledge of hardware products and materials

3-Ability to convince and negotiate with customers

4-Teamwork and problem-solving ability

• Qualification

1-Graduate preferred (Min 12th Pass)

2-Experience in hardware,Kitchen Accessories sales is an advantage

• Experience

1- 1–3 years in retail sales or hardware counter sales
