Job Description
Job Role:
As a Medical Equipment Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales and building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales within assigned territory
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers regularly
- Present and demonstrate medical equipment to doctors and decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in medical / pharma / surgical sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing network in Pune hospitals/clinics is a plus
- Basic understanding of medical equipment terminology
- Two-wheeler mandatory (for field visits)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
