Your Key Responsibilities

Role Purpose
Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability for MRO–Cement customers in the Raw Material sector through targeted segment strategies and regional alignment.

 

      Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement the sector-level strategy for the Cement segment, including subsector growth plans and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Lead pricing strategy and decision-making to ensure sustained profitability of the Cement segment.
  • Own the budgeting process and drive mid-term and long-term business planning for the segment.
  • Monitor sales performance, guide sales engineers, and steer sales development in line with strategic objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction for product management, including defining product requirements based on market and customer needs.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Schaeffler products and technical solutions to meet customer expectations.
  • Drive localization initiatives based on market requirements and business feasibility.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support product recommendations, service requirements, and quality or technical documentation.
  • Coordinate and conduct technical seminars and workshops to support product approval and customer capability building.
  • Identify, plan, and execute customer engagement activities under the PEUS Program in close coordination with the distribution team.

Your Qualifications

  • Education: B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of experience managing major MRO – Cement customers in sectors such as Metal, Mining, Material Handling, Construction, Power, Paper, Transmission, Oil & Gas.

  

Candidate experience with Bearing Industry are highy preferred.
