Job Title: Sales Promoter – Home & Kitchen Appliances

Job Summary:

Atomburg Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters with experience in retail sales of home and kitchen appliances. The ideal candidate should have worked in organized retail environments such as Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, or similar electronics stores and possess strong product demonstration and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Atomburg products to walk-in customers.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Engage customers and provide suitable product recommendations based on their needs.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising at the store.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and management.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1–5 years of experience in retail sales/promotions of electrical appliances.
• Experience working in Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales, or similar electronics retail stores.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances, home appliances, consumer electronics, or electrical products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical features in a simple and convincing manner.
• Target-driven and customer-oriented approach.
