Sales Promoter

• Customer Engagement: Approach store visitors, identify their water purification needs, and pitch the best-suited Kent RO models.
• Product Demonstration: Provide live demos of how Kent RO purifiers work, highlighting features like Mineral ROTM technology, Zero Water Wastage, and UV/UF filtration.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Guide customers through the buying process and close sales to meet or exceed store targets.
• Brand Advocacy: Act as the face of Kent RO within the Croma store, ensuring models are prominently displayed and maintained according to brand guidelines.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Collect customer contact details for home demos and follow up to convert potential leads.
• Inventory & Feedback: Monitor stock availability on the sales floor, keep the kiosk clean, and report customer feedback and market trends to the management team.

Requirements typically include:

• Education: 12th pass or any Graduate.
• Skills: Strong communication, convincing power, and a basic understanding of water purification concepts.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales (electronics or appliances) is highly preferred, though freshers with good communication skills are often hired.
