Sales Promoter

Experience: Minimum 1 year in appliances retail, specifically with kitchen appliance brands.

Industry Fit: Please note that candidates from the Mobile Phone or Laptop industries are not a fit for these specific roles.

Preferred Background: Candidates other than sales background are not a fit. Preference will be given to counter sales personnel.

Compensation: The monthly salary bracket is ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 NTH (Net Take Home).

Role Overview

Atomberg Technologies is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to drive sales,

improve brand visibility, and deliver superior customer experience at Modern Trade retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

 Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and deliver effective product

demonstrations highlighting Atomberg features and benefits.

 Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling.

 Maintain product visibility, correct placement, shelf hygiene, and planogram adherence.

 Support execution of in-store promotions, brand activations, and coordinate with store staff for

smooth operations.

 Ensure timely reporting of sales, stock status, competitor activity, and adhere to company SOPs,

attendance, and grooming standards.

Preferred Background

 Prior experience as a Sales Promoter / Demonstrator in Modern Trade or Large Format Stores

 Exposure to consumer durables or electrical appliances is an added advantage.
