Sales Promoter

Core Responsibilities

• Product Demonstration: Clearly showcase KENT RO water purifiers (e.g., Mineral RO, Zero Water Wastage tech) and explain purification processes.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Customer Service: Approach Croma store visitors, assess their water quality/needs, and recommend the best-suited models.
• Brand Representation: Maintain the visual merchandising and cleanliness of the KENT kiosk as per brand guidelines.
• Reporting: Update store managers and KENT area managers on foot traffic, competitor activities, and daily sales numbers.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation is a plus.
• Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years in direct retail sales, preferably in consumer durables or appliances.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and a customer-first mindset.
• Local Presence: Requires a thorough understanding of the local market and the ability to commute efficiently to nearby Croma locations.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary Range: Typically between ₹2.0 Lakhs and ₹3.0 Lakhs per annum depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
• Career Path: High-performing promoters frequently advance to roles such as In-Store Team Leader, Trainer, or Area Sales Manager.
