Sales Support Executive

Sales Coordination

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Order Processing

• Process customer orders and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Accounts teams for order fulfillment.
• Track order status and provide updates to customers and the sales team.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain sales databases, customer records, and CRM updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales targets, order status, and customer feedback.
• Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

 Coordination with Internal Teams

• Liaise with Accounts for invoicing and payment tracking.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Operations for dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Assist management with sales-related MIS reports and analysis.
