Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:
As a Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. The role includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies, ensuring that obstacles are addressed promptly, and maintaining a steady focus on project goals. The Scrum Master actively supports collaboration among team members and stakeholders, monitors progress through relevant metrics, and helps maintain momentum toward successful project delivery. This position requires continuous engagement with the team to promote efficiency and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ability to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Skilled in tracking and reporting project metrics to provide transparency and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
