Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 to manage and oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and efficient handling of accounting processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA preferred)
• 3–8 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in handling audits and compliance independently
• Familiarity with financial regulations and corporate accounting practices
