Job Title- Senior Analyst

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

  • HR IT, a global technology group of Deutsche Bank’s technology organization, is responsible to provide IT services for the Global HR Function for DB.
  • The role is a part of the HR-IT technology landscape to work in the Talent Value Stream.
  • Candidate will work as the Lead Architect for the value stream and will be working in Agile Philosophy. Candidate/Applicant will be a member of cross-functional IT delivery team that includes business analysts, developers and testers.

Your key responsibilities

  • Understand the active business process in the existing environment and improve the process to simplify the UI experience by leveraging Workday Extend technologies
  • Development of JSON formats in Presentation UI components
  • Build Custom objects, Attachment objects, and Business objects with the data sources in JSON
  • Create design, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields based on use cases
  • Run production deployment and releases through established release management processes
  • Partnering with source system SMEs to analyze and design dimensional models to integrate with enterprise data warehouse and Adaptive Planning
  • Handling data integration schedules, including inter-model integrations and end-to-end data ingestion from source systems, i.e., Workday, an enterprise data hub, 3rd party systems
  • Integrate the system with other critical applications within the company (Workday, Microsoft O365, etc.)
  • Design and build both inbound and outbound integrations in various segments of the Workday system and work with Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB, Report Designer, Workday Studio, Data Conversions loads
  • Manage multiple datasets and automatic schedules for refreshing data in Workday Adaptive Work Your skills and experience

Your skills and experience

Must Have

  • Programming in any high-level language, preferably JavaScript and WQL
  • Understanding of relational databases, including intermediate-level SQL
  • Workday Extend Certification, 1 end-to-end Workday Extend Implementation Experience preferred
  • Working experience with Data Integration, Data Quality and Data Architecture project life cycle, best practices
  • Experience with internet protocols, networks, and related technologies, including HTTP, XML, JSON, REST, and Soap web services
  • Exposure to the Workday platform (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Adaptive Planning)
  • Must have experience with Agile and Integration Solution Development
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with Workday Extend technology in both a design and development capacity
  • Experienced in solving business problems with hands-on coding, database creation, or other types of software development
  • Ability to work at the global level in a cross-cultural and diverse operating environment
  • Result-orientated and able to deliver under tight timelines
  • Overall relevant industry experience of 3+ years

Good to have

  • Knowledge of Advanced, Matrix, and composite reporting and BIRT
  • Fundamentals in Workday Studio, RAAS-based integrations, Calculated fields
  • Technical background in PMD, SMD, AMD, Model Components, and Orchestration
