Job Summary

The individual demonstrates the ability to work within established processes while also making thoughtful updates or modifications when encountering unclear or loosely defined problems. They approach such situations by applying a broad understanding of their professional discipline, or by leveraging advanced technical expertise when required. This reflects a structured, methodical problem‑solving style, showing capability to adapt existing systems to derive effective solutions.

What you will do

•    Overall experience of 6-10 years Solution Manger senior roles, exposure to full life-cycle SAP implementations.
•    Deep understanding & Working experience on SAP solution manager ChaRM, Retrofit, Soldoc and Test and Defect Management. 
•    Ability to perform end to end configuration of ChaRM, Retrofit, Soldoc & Test and Defect Management. 
•    Deep understanding of SAP transport management, ability to troubleshoot issues related to transports and STMS.
•    Deep understanding in Cloud ALM administrations. Experience working with CALM setup. 
•    Working experience with project teams to plan different project phases, including performance testing (Stress and Volume), upgrades, patching and troubleshoot issues related to Solman and STMS setup.
•    Good understand SAP BASIS and Solman managed system configuration and setup.
•    Exposure to SAP cloud products such as BTP 
•    Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
•    Working experience in SAP RISE environment, working with SAP ECS is an added advantage. 

We believe you have

•    Administrate and manage SAP Solution Manager capabilities
•    Ability to configure the solman solutions end to end(CHARM, Soldoc, Test Management and Retrofit). 
•    Configure and setup CALM capabilities for the project needs. 
•    Closely work with blended Basis team (internal + multiple service partners + SAP ECS) to achieve project deliverables on timely and efficient manner. 
•    Close collaboration with Project technical and functional teams 
•    Drives SAP change governance and ensures the integrity of SAP environments leveraging best practices.
•    Work with SAP functional teams and ensure adherence of SAP change governance process.
•    Work in ground level day to day needs of with all end to end teams to support SAP change governance achieved. 
•    Support day to day needs for solution manager build capability needs for the project and service team.
