Senior Analyst - Regional HR

1. HR Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (hire-to-retire).
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and contract changes, and issue letters as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with local regulations.
2. Regional HR Support
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
- Connect with employees for 30-90-170 Days Feedback
- Provide HR operational insights
Regional Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to regional labor laws and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor regulatory updates and suggest necessary HR process adjustments.
- Maintain documentation and compliance tracking systems.
3. HR Systems & Data Management
- Serve as regional SME for HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
- Ensure data integrity and conduct regular audits.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
- Provide workforce metrics and insights.
4. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Partner with payroll team timely payroll processing.
5. Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
- Lead regional HR process standardization initiatives.
- Support digital transformation and automation.
- Document SOPs and best practices.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Regional HR, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams
