📢 Hiring: Sr. Civil Estimation Engineer 📍 Location: Lullanagar, Pune

💼 Experience: 5+ Years (Construction/Infra Preferred)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 (based on experience)

🔍 Job Role:We are looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer who can accurately analyze project requirements, prepare BOQs, and estimate project costs for construction projects.

🧩 Responsibilities:Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings

• Analyze architectural & structural drawings
• Prepare detailed cost estimates (material + labour)
• Floating enquiries to vendors & subcontractors
• Compare quotations and prepare rate analysis
• Assist in tendering & bidding process
• Coordinate with site team & procurement team
• Track project cost vs estimated cost

✅ Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 5+ years experience in estimation & costing
• Strong knowledge of construction materials & rates
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Experience in BOQ, rate analysis, vendor coordination
• Knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)
• Also has worked on ERP
