Senior Engineer – Automation (RPA)

Develop and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to enhance the efficiency and coverage of software testing.
Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using appropriate tools and technologies.
Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure alignment with product specifications and quality standards.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and work with teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of test automation frameworks, recommending improvements and incorporating new tools and techniques.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of excellence in test automation.
