This Job Role is part of Job Family "Production-Engineering and Technical Support" / Sub-Job-Family "Maintenance" and includes jobs for preventative and corrective maintenance of manufacturing and testing equipment as well as the in-time repair of products returned from customer.

 

 

What you can look forward to as Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Ensure effective maintenance of manufacturing lines and utility systems through structured breakdown handling, monitoring, root cause analysis, and KPI tracking in compliance with safety procedures.
• Plan, execute, and adhere to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for CNC, VMC, hydraulic and pneumatic presses, welding SPMs, robotics welding systems, presses, nut runners, washing machines, and related production equipment.
• Perform PLC programming, modification, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Siemens PLCs (S7-200, S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 onwards using Simatic Manager and TIA Portal), Mitsubishi PLCs (FX3U, FX5U using GX Developer and GX Works with GOT HMI), Schneider PLCs, Siemens and Delta drives, NC control units (828D, 840D), and industrial networking systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, and utilities including generators, compressors, STP, ETP, DM/RO plants, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS, and EMS requirements within the department; maintain utility readings, analysis records, maintenance logbooks, DBMS, and monitor monthly spares consumption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and CIS; support new project and expansion planning and execution; manage and guide maintenance teams while maintaining effective coordination with internal customers.

 

 

Your profile as Trainee – Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

• Education B.E. / diploma (Electrical Engineering)
• Overall having 7+ years of experience in Plant Maintenance / Breakdown / Preventive / Predictive Maintenance Planning
• Specialization of Electrical
• Professional Certification - PLC programming siemens, Mitsubishi, schneider
