Job Title: Senior Engineer – QA Automation, VP

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

• This role is responsible to contribute in individual capacity in Quality assurance work stream (automation and manual) for one of the critical customer facing applications within Cash Management.
• This Role demands solid Test Engineering experience in a high volume, low latency distributed software system.
• This roles requires the candidates to take end to end accountability of entire feature testing, which may include automation testing and manual testing.
• This roles demands great understanding and hands on experience on Cucumber kind of test automation (system testing) framework and the candidate must be able to write code using Java programming language.

Your key responsibilities

• This role is responsible to contribute in individual capacity in Quality assurance work stream (automation and manual) for one of the critical customer facing applications within Cash Management.
• This Role demands solid Test Engineering experience in a high volume, low latency distributed software system.
• This roles requires the candidates to take end to end accountability of entire feature testing, which may include automation testing and manual testing.

Your skills and experience

• Solid experience in functional testing, especially for Payments and Cash Management applications
• Good experience and exposure to Performance Testing
• Good to have payments and cash management(ISO, SWIFT standards) domain knowledge
• Solid experience on Test Automation(Rest API, good to have any UI tool)
• Well versed with writing in test plans and test strategies
• Well versed with Test execution, defect tracking, performance testing
• Develop and manage automation test suits.
• Good Knowledge about the core SDLC processes and tools such as Jira.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries.
