At KPMG, within the Engineering service line, we are seeking a highly skilled software developer to create software solutions that align with our clients' needs. You will be expected to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, implement best practices in software development, and continuously enhance your technical skills to keep up with industry trends and advancements.
Developing scalable backend services in Python/AWS
Build responsibe and dynamic front end interfaces using Angular or ReaCT
Collaborating with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define software specification
Required Bilingual Soft Skills
Strong bilingual communication skills in Japanese (preferably JLPT/NAT N3 or above) to effectively interact with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
Ability to clearly articulate requirements, issues, and solutions in both Japanese and English across cross-functional teams.
Strong command over both languages to influence key stakeholders through business acumen, technical understanding, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
Prior experience in managing expectations and driving alignment between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and global teams.
Ability to understand functional and technical requirements in Japanese and deliver as per client expectations through effective communication
Experience working in Japan or with Japan-based clients or team is an added advantage.
JLPT ( N1/N2/N3) or NAT ( N1/N2/N3)
