Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Operations Management, specifically within the Healthcare Payer sector. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Enrollment, Claims, and Provider Maintenance processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead projects effectively while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects within the Operations Management domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.
• Utilize strong Healthcare Payer knowledge to guide project decisions, particularly in Enrollment, Claims, and Provider Maintenance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout project execution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Healthcare Payer processes, specifically in Enrollment, Claims, and Provider Maintenance.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects within the healthcare sector.
