Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management
Project Manager Experience
5 years in a PMO or project management role supporting complex crossfunctional initiatives
Proven experience managing Corporate Real Estate CRE programs involving Facilities Network and Workplace Technology WPT teams
oThis role sits at the intersection of technology and Real Estate you will not own physical space design or construction but you will own the technology layer that enables our offices and facilities workplace technology rollouts network and infrastructure coordination and technology programs delivered in partnership with Facilities Network Security and vendor teams
Experience with network infrastructure and working with hardware software and services vendors
Project Program Management
Endtoend project governance planning prioritization reporting and alignment across multiple workstreams
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fastpaced environment with geographically dispersed teams and vendors
Skilled in building and maintaining detailed work breakdowns WBS to keep tasks on time and within budget
Expertise in PM methodologies and PMO frameworks including governance reporting and standardization
Ensures solutions are delivered to standards of availability scalability and security on time and with high quality
Communication Stakeholder Management
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication verbal written presentations
Strong relationship management with internal partners vendors and thirdparty providers
Ability to coordinate dependencies across Facilities Network and Workplace Technology workstreams
Financial Risk Management
Experience managing budgets and tracking financials
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills including risk identification and mitigation
Tools
Handson experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking documentation and collaboration
Mindset
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead functional teams and drive continuous improvement
