Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service calls for UPS, Inverter, Battery, and related equipment
  • Assign service engineers based on location and availability
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain service call records, reports, and documentation
  • Follow up with engineers for job completion and status updates
  • Communicate with clients regarding service activities and updates
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams for support
  • Maintain database of clients and service history
  • Ensure timely closure of service tickets
