Position: Service Coordinator


About Us

Jagdale Associates is a well-established Property Law Firm with over 20 years of experience in the Pune property law sector. We serve a large and established client base and are committed to delivering professional, timely, and reliable legal services.


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Service Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate with our legal team, and ensure timely completion of legal assignments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and the capability to work effectively under pressure.


Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing client communications through mobile calls and other communication channels.

Coordinate between clients and the legal team to ensure smooth execution of legal work.

Assign legal tasks to team members and monitor their progress.

Maintain and update Excel reports for:

Ongoing legal work

Pending legal work

Client follow-ups

Task status tracking

Follow up regularly with the legal team to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Maintain accurate records and provide status updates to management.

Ensure commitments made to clients are fulfilled within the agreed timelines.

Escalate delays or issues proactively to prevent service disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and coordination abilities.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record management.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

High level of dedication, accountability, and commitment to client service.

Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Prior experience in coordination, operations, administration, legal support, or client servicing will be preferred.
