You will be instrumental in designing and implementing new service methodologies that enhance efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and set industry benchmarks for service delivery. Your firsthand experience in field service will be invaluable in identifying real-world challenges and developing robust solutions.
Your Role:
Innovation in Service Strategy:
Leverage your field service experience to identify gaps and areas for innovation in service delivery.
Design and develop cutting-edge service solutions that address these gaps and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct pilot tests and refine solutions based on field feedback and performance metrics.
Technology Integration:
Evaluate and incorporate relevant technologies such as IoT, AI, and machine learning to enhance service capabilities.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions in the field.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with field service teams to gather insights and validate the practicality of proposed innovations.
Liaise with product development, IT, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
Continuous Improvement:
Analyze existing service processes using field data to find inefficiencies and propose refinements.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of service innovations.
Field Expertise & Customer Focus:
Apply your field service knowledge to ensure solutions are customer-centric and meet the practical needs of users.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and field data to drive continuous improvements and innovation.
You are fit if:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Bio-medical, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
5+ yeats experience in field service engineering and proven success in implementing service innovations.
Strong understanding of service design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and machine learning, and their application in service contexts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office-based role.
