SFDC-QA- Functional Specialist-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility

Salesforce QA Lead

Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process for Salesforce projects, including requirement analysis, test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce solutions.
Utilise automation tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency, where applicable.
Track, report, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar.
Prepare and present regular status reports and metrics to project stakeholders and senior management.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure optimal quality and productivity.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
