Job Summary

White River Ice Cream Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Staff to join our team. The role involves serving customers, preparing products, handling billing, maintaining store operations, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist them with product selection.
• Prepare and serve ice cream, desserts, and other store products as per company standards.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, workstations, and equipment.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed at all times.
• Refill stock and assist in inventory management.
• Support daily store operations and opening/closing activities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Resolve basic customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
