Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, and helping build our online presence to attract potential homebuyers and investors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos for social media platforms.
• Manage and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Capture photos and videos of real estate projects, site visits, and events.
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar editing tools is preferred.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
