Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage daily activities across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Write compelling captions and optimize content with relevant hashtags and keywords.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas and platform features.
• Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness organically.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Work with the digital marketing team to support paid advertising campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics such as:

• Engagement Rate
• Follower Growth
• Website Traffic
• Leads Generated
• Conversion Rate
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark industry best practices.
• Manage social media advertising budgets in coordination with the marketing team.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and recommend optimization strategies.
• Coordinate social media coverage for events, exhibitions, product launches, and webinars.
• Maintain a content library of photos, videos, testimonials, and marketing assets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with content planning and campaign management.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube Studio.
• Experience using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Basic SEO and hashtag optimization knowledge.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
