Position: Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Pune (Preferred)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Performance Marketing Focus)
ROLE SUMMARYWe are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) along with managing complete social media and performance marketing funnels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating leads, driving e-commerce sales (Amazon), and building brand presence.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES📢 Meta Ads (Core Responsibility)Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns
- Run campaigns for:
- Dealer/Distributor Lead Generation
- Product Sales (Amazon & Website)
- Brand Awareness
- Perform:
- Audience targeting (interest, lookalike, retargeting)
- A/B testing (creatives, copy, audience)
- Budget optimization & scaling
- Track KPIs: CTR, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate
- Social Media ManagementManage Instagram & Facebook pages
- Create content calendar (Reels, Posts, Stories)
- Coordinate with influencers & content creators
- Ensure consistent brand positioning (industrial + home use)
- Performance Marketing (Growth Focus)Drive Amazon sales via Meta Ads
- Set up conversion tracking (Pixel / API)
- Build retargeting funnels
- Optimize landing pages / product pages for conversion
- Analytics & ReportingWeekly performance reports:
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Sales generated
- ROI / ROAS
- Suggest improvement strategies based on data
- Strategy & ScalingDevelop monthly marketing strategy
- Identify new growth channels
- Competitor analysis
- Suggest creative ideas for ads & campaigns
