Summary:
As a Software Configuration Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes assisting in designing software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application requirements. This position requires close attention to detail and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software configurations support the overall project objectives and operational needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure configuration consistency and integrity throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and maintain configuration baselines and documentation to support traceability and audit requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with software configuration management tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of version control systems and branching strategies.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
