About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer who can design, develop, and deploy high‑quality BI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with the Power BI platform, the ability to write basic SQL queries, and a good understanding of data modeling concepts. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services will be considered a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build data models, perform DAX calculations, and optimize data flows for performance.
• Connect to various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, cloud sources, APIs).
• Write and troubleshoot basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, data quality, and consistency across all BI deliverables.
• Publish and manage reports/workspaces on Power BI Service.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to support data analysis, insights generation, and automation.
• (Good to have) Support integration with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or Azure Synapse.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in Power BI development.
•  Strong practical knowledge of:
  • Power BI Desktop
  • DAX formulas
  • Data modeling (Star schema, Snowflake, relationships, KPIs)
  • Power Query / M Language
• · Basic to intermediate SQL query writing skills.
• · Understanding data warehousing concepts and BI best practices.
• · Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• · Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
