DevOps Software Engineer

Software Engineer - DevOps(Kubernetes,Docker,Python scripting)

Scope:

• Enterprise web applications hosted on cloud infrastructure, supported through Kubernetes-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps toolchains for monitoring, automation, and production support.

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Enterprise web applications based on monolithic architecture

• Application Architecture: Monolithic architecture with tightly coupled services and components

• Cloud Architecture: Cloud-hosted infrastructure (GCP and AWS) supporting production and non-production environments

• Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes for container orchestration, Docker for containerization, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Monitoring and logging tools

What you’ll do:

• Manage and support non-production environments ensuring high availability and performance

• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments

• Support, manage, and enhance Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads

• Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability through scripting and tooling

• Collaborate with development teams for releases, debugging, and performance optimization

• Ensure monitoring, alerting, and logging coverage for all critical systems

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide timely support for production escalations

What we are looking for:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

• Years of Experience: 2-3 Years

• Experience in

  • Production support or site reliability engineering in cloud environments

  • Incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA in live systems

  • CI/CD pipeline management and deployment processes

• Expertise in

  • Kubernetes cluster management and container orchestration

  • Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and core services (compute, storage, networking)

  • DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Terraform/Ansible

  • Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog)

  • Scripting/automation using Bash, Python, or similar

• Add on

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
